Owner night was started over 10 years ago. It is to show the customer that we have the same concerns and wants as they do and it allows for a more relaxed personal relationship.

We spend about 3 months putting it together and it is just an opportunity for us to get to know them better and for our customers to get to know us.

The comments that we get are "Wow I never knew dealerships did this type of thing. You are here taking the time to put on this presentation." It is very exciting to hear them react positively.
